Wonderful location with an outstanding view of the ocean and Malacon. Didn't use the pool, but it looked fun. Friendly service at check in. Staff adds to the experience.
Omg!! Where do I start but what an amazing experience here. From start to finish the entire staff was nothing less than perfect! Very clean affordable, accommodating and shout out to an amazing gentlemen by the name of Oscar he greeted us from the moment we came in and made us feel at home!
The hotel was great! We went in July of 2024. Great location, beautiful view.The staff was amazing everyone was nice. My kids loved the pool and the playground. Our rooms were nice and clean, and up to date. We were so blessed to find this nice hotel because we didn't even make reservations to go out there. We just walked up and asked if they had rooms available and they did. Thank you guys for a great stay.
It is not a 4 star hotel, but we really emjoyed it. And we will stay there again. It was clean, the staff was great, the resturant was very good.
Bought tickets for Carnaval including dinner and great seats for viewing the parade. Very attentive inside and out in the stands.
You get what you pay for, therefore, I am rating this hotel according the Rates/$$ and the amenities and services it offers. Do NOT book a less-expensive hotel and expect a 5-star amenities. Having said this, the best parts of this hotel is its location. Right by the malecon, close to zona dorada and the old market, and it's easy to catch a cab or the bus. The staff do the best they can. Be nice to them and they're nice to you. Simple. The room we had was on the 600's facing the lagoon. It was clean, newly painted, no frills (not even a coffee machine or a hair blower but no big deal for me.) Food at the restaurant is ok; if you don't like it, go to Zona Dorada. The best part: There were NO MARACHI band playing nearby or on site.
We stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff were super friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and beds are super comfortable. View is spectacular. It can be a bit loud on the street but ear plugs helped and was perfect when sleeping. This hotel is walking distance to everything. The restaurant was excellent we had many meals and service and quality was superb. We felt very welcome as Gringos and would definitely come back again.
Nice place for a short stay, it’s kind old but functional, the pool is quite small so you’ll keep in mind to go there in the morning if you don’t like crowds, room service is ok, staff is very friendly, this place is ideal for kids as well, food is ok, have no complaints for now. Love the raccoons surrounding the parking lot Tip: Have some cash before check-in. Even if you already booked and payed in Booking, when you arrive you must pay $500 pesos as “down payment” per room. When you leave, that amount will be refund, so don’t lose your invoice paper and ask for your refund before leave.
